This is my favorite all time movie. If you ever wonder how or why someone might be kind for no reason, maybe their are doing their part of paying it forward. The world over all would be a better place if we just were a little kinder for no reason at all. Go out smell the flowers, smile at that stranger on the street and do your part. WE are truly lucky to have the world we have today, take care of it..

When on vacation, does that mean you give your face a break or not?
Are you making this makeup mistake yourself? Sitting by the pool on a ship out in the middle of the ocean on my way to Mexico i saw this : A beautiful young lady with boyfriend in hand wearing the most next to nothing bath suit BUT she was wearing full blown makeup! Foundation (too dark, I could see it from where I was sitting with sunglasses on) eye shadow, eyeliner, blush lipstick with lip liner and gloss over that. When she got closer I saw she had a line along her chin where she did not blend the foundation. I had to look away, my husband sitting next to me asked me whats up, when I nod my head so he could see what I was looking at: started to giggle. He knows how much it kills me not to just ask her if she minded if I helped her blend the foundation at least. I saw women with babies with full makeup on, who has that kind of time?
OK when you are on vacation does that mean you need to wear all your makeup??? I was on my vacation wearing mascara only and if I remembered to, I added blush. Now I sell makeup, mineral eye shadows, blushes, mascara and magic lash. You would think that because I sell it and create mineral eye shadow colors, that I would go out of my way to wear it all. Nope I gave my face and eyes a rest. The only time I went all out was when we had formal night at dinner. I never went anywhere without sunscreen on!!

What does your makeup say about you?
I been people watching again, and I noticed something ever odd in a way. Older women wear too much makeup and teenagers are wearing less. Most teenagers are wearing less, there are still those that pile it on but most are going for that more natural look these days. Why hide behind layers of foundation? I will never understand that thought.
Do you use a eyelash curler? I noticed that with those that do and you can tell if its not used correctly, that their lashes curl from the base but its more of a square look. Like they go straight up from the base. It looks so fake! There is no real curl like you see on the models in ads. What happens when you use a eyelash curler that if you do not walk it up your lashes you get this more square look not a true curl. There are mascaras out there that say they curl but that still depends on how you are using it I guess. I use Magic Lash which curls the lashes while you are applying the second coat of mascara over it. Opps sorry..
Magic Lash works like this:
You apply a layer of mascara
You then apply very little Magic Lash
You apply your mascara over it.
Its something you have to work with but I been using it for three years so to me its simple but for others maybe not so simple. Anyway back to eyelash curlers, I have one that is for those who have bad hands. It works great and I use mine when I don’t feel like going the extra steps of using Magic Lash + Black Magic Mascara.. Great set btw if you tell me that you read about it here, I will give you a free eyelash curler with your order. How awesome is that?
A good friend put out a DVD called Holiday Makeup Collection Volume One that shows you how to do glamorous makeup is and they used Magic Lash in 2 of their 7 hot looks! If you need a little help on this idea doing makeup correctly I been buying that DVD. I got to see it before it came out for sale and was blown away with the ideas for makeup tips in short 20 minute videos.
Just a few thoughts running through my mind today on what does your makeup say about you and a few tips given just for fun!

Giving of gifts is something we should be doing without thinking we must get something back. I was watching tv and saw a basketball player take 200 kids to Target with each child getting 200.00 to spend on themselves. Did you know that each child did not think of just themselves? No each child got gifts for family that would also be going without if they did not. That shows that there is still hope for the next set of children moving up in the world.

Easy Makeup Tips for you to share
I came across a few beauty make up tips I thought you might like to know:
Never apply moisturizer to the eyelids before your eye shadow because it will cause it to crease and not last as long. Use instead a Makeup Primer to help make your eye shadow stay put. Benefit has a awesome one called F Y Eye that really works if you want to spend $22.00 on it. Overall Beauty offers one that is basically the same without that price. You should exfoliate your lips regularly to keep the texture smooth and soft. You can do this right after your shower. Just apply lip balm and wait a minute or so and take a soft bristle toothbrush and brush your lips. You can use your towel too if you like. What every you do just remember to apply a lip balm again to help keep your lips kissable soft. Wear a lip balm at all times if you are not wearing lip gloss or lipstick.
Sunscreen all year around no matter were you live!! Did you know that the sun is brighter and harder on your skin in the winter time? Something about how it reflects off the ground and hits you right in the face double time! Wear your sunscreen! If you wear a foundation that says it has sunscreen in it, that isn’t enough in most cases. Check the SPF if its below 15 you need to add sunscreen.

Christmas is coming up on us what feels really fast again this year. Do you have your own list ready? Women tend to think of everyone else before they think of themselves, its the way we are raised and its the way most families just are. This is something you could probably say its in our genes, taking care of others and forgetting ourselves. What if you just lost a ton of weight and you walk into your closet and can truly say NOTHING FITS!! Ok maybe thats just me then but I know what I want for Christmas, about 4 pairs of jeans in 2 sizes smaller than what I have now. I have already started reminding everyone that nothing fits and what I want. So what do you want?
Most of us check out whats on the web first to make sure that we are getting great deals. If there is a lot in your family it maybe a good idea to get all your gifts from the same place. A lot of websites are setup with Free Shipping over so much money spend on items. Use Paypal as your payment if you are verified really helps out the sites owners because there is so much bad people out there willing to use credit cards not theirs to buy things with. Beauty websites are just trying to make a little money too, most of them are running home businesses. Check if any websites are in your home state and ask if its possible to pick up your gifts. That also helps out the website owners. You never know, a little kindness during the busiest time of the year may just make someone’s day or yours. Smile it won’t break your face!!
One thing that happened to me was a hidden cost was added to my order. I went to order something and was told that shipping was only $5.40 ok thats not too bad BUT when it was time to pay, the shipping cost went up $4.00!! When I called and asked why I was told it was a handling fee!!
Ebayer sellers are famous for this! Watch when you order anything off eBay for the same reason, those people depending on what you are ordering are jacking up the price of shipping when its really not as much as they say it is. If you buy something thats a .99 cents and yet shipping is $6.00 don’t be surprised if they are recouping what they lost by selling it to you for .99 cents by over charging you for shipping. Unless what you bought came from over seas thats different but if it came for the next state over? Then shipping should not that much if they are shipping by Post Office but many use do UPS and they over charge you. How do I know that? I went to ship a package to the United Kingdom, it weight less than 1 pound. Post Office cost was $4.90 and yet UPS was $56.87!! Is that crazy or what?
Gift giving season is not that far away so you need to start checking out what deals you can find now, buy now and then when its time to give, you have all your gifts ready. I have heard of women who buy all their gifts in Sept. and Oct. while others wait till the very last minute. What type of gift giver are you? And don’t forget to give out your own list of gifts you want this year, fair is fair you know.

Great idea if you are shipping your gifts out to family and you don’t want to bother buying it off a site have it shipped to you and THEN you ship it out.
